A companion board that stacks a pile of RF radios onto an ESP32 CYD in one hat — sub-GHz, NFC, 2.4GHz, and IR, for people who tinker with wireless protocols. Built to pair with the Cheap Yellow Display running Bruce firmware.
What you get:
- Multi-band RF — a CC1101 for sub-GHz (433MHz OOK), an NRF24 for 2.4GHz, and a PN532 for NFC.
- IR transmit and receive — send and read infrared alongside the RF radios.
- Built for the CYD — designed for the ESP32-2432S028 "Cheap Yellow Display" board running Bruce firmware.
- Power management and TF slot — onboard power handling plus a microSD slot for storage.
- GPS option — some variants add a plug-and-play GPS module for positioning.
Quick note: this is a companion board for RF development and research. The variants differ — some add GPS, some are CYD-specific — so pick the one that matches your host board. The ESP32 CYD host is not included unless the variant name says otherwise.
