RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: Please contact us at shopsuika.co@gmail.com BEFORE returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at shopsuika.co@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue.
We will:
- Issue a full refund OR send a replacement
- NO need to return the item in most cases
- Resolve within 24-48 hours
CHANGE OF MIND:
If you simply don't want the product:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Refund issued upon receipt and inspection
- Returns must be authorized first via email
RETURN ADDRESS:
After receiving authorization via email at shopsuika.co@gmail.com, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address based on your location and product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior contact and authorization
- Custom or personalized products
REFUND PROCESS:
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD:
EU customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days for any reason without justification. Item must be in the same condition received, unused, with original packaging.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (after authorization) and place a new order for the desired item.
