Returns & Refunds Policy
At SUIKA, your satisfaction matters. We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most items. To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Email us at shopsuika.co@gmail.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos if the item is defective or damaged
Step 2 — We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and reply with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3 — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Important: Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship it back in most cases.
Wrong Item Received?
If we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct one as fast as possible. Just email us with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:
Items used or installed
Items not in original condition
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-initiated returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
Defective or wrong item: We cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return for the original and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they're processed for shipping. After that, the order is in the supplier's hands and we may not be able to stop it. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — refund processing can take time
